Based on the Offer Price of HK$295.60 per share, the Company has secured 14 cornerstone investors with committed subscriptions as follows: GIC (US$100 million), Fidelity International (US$100 million), BlackRock (US$25 million), Mercedes-Benz Group (US$25 million), Oaktree (US$20 million), Jinxing (US$15 million), Franklin Templeton (US$10 million), Boyu Capital (US$10 million), Gaoyi Entities (US$10 million), CPIC (US$10 million), GF Fund Management (US$10 million), China Asset Management (Hong Kong) (US$10 million), Suzhou Mosu (US$24.75 million) and GigaDevice (US$6 million). Collectively, these investors will subscribe for around 9.9608 million shares with a total consideration of approximately US$376 million, representing about 49.95% of all Global Offer Shares.
