NOVAKEN PHARM’s Hong Kong IPO Application Lapses, Focused on Dissolvable Microneedle and Nasal Inhalation Formulation Technologies
NewTimeSpace News: Per information on the official website of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the Main Board listing application submitted by Guangzhou Novaken Pharm Co., Ltd. on 24 December 2025 has recently lapsed after the six-month validity period expired. Guotai Junan International served as the sole sponsor upon the initial filing.
Founded in 2007, Novaken Pharm is an innovation-driven clinical-stage biotech firm that has independently developed two core technology platforms covering dissolvable microneedle formulations and nasal inhalation formulations. Its flagship product, Dexmedetomidine Hydrochloride Microneedle Patch, has entered Phase IIa clinical trials for pediatric patients. Another core asset, XJN010, a nasal inhalation formulation developed to treat OFF episodes in patients with Parkinson’s disease, is currently undergoing Phase II clinical trials.
