Yuepu Digital Submits Listing Application to HKEX, a Leading AI-Driven Integrated Social Media Marketing Service Provider in China

NewTimeSpace News: Shanghai Yuepu Digital Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. filed its listing application with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 22 June, with China Merchants Securities (International) acting as the sole sponsor. The Company is a leading AI-driven integrated social media marketing service provider in China. According to Frost & Sullivan, the Company ranked second in China’s integrated social media marketing service market by revenue in 2025. It served a total of 284 clients in 2025, among whom 188 were clients for full-link integrated marketing solutions.

Having stepped into the social media marketing service industry since 2009, the Company has accumulated profound expertise and built service capabilities covering the full value chain of social media marketing, core delivery functions and comprehensive service solutions. Per Frost & Sullivan research data, the Company secured the second position in China’s integrated social media marketing service market based on revenue generated in 2025.
The self-developed Yuepu Dual-Engine Intelligent Platform (YP T-Engine) mainly serves as the Group’s internal delivery and operation system, consisting of the Yuepu Intelligent Computing Engine (YP ICE) for business delivery and the Yuepu Intelligent Operation & Management System (YP I-Ops) for operational administration. Leveraging its proprietary service workflows and technical tools, the Company provides clients with three categories of offerings: (i) full-link integrated marketing solutions; (ii) content integrated marketing solutions; and (iii) other marketing services.
In 2025, the Group provided services to 284 clients in aggregate, 188 of whom purchased full-link integrated marketing solutions. During the track record period, it has delivered services to 130 nationally influential brands. As at 31 December 2025, the Group has obtained comprehensive service qualifications to cooperate with all Chinese social media platforms with daily active users (DAU) exceeding 100 million.
