Tanboer Passes HKEX Listing Hearing, China’s 7th Largest Professional Outdoor Apparel Brand

NewTimeSpace News: Tanboer Group Co., Ltd. passed the listing hearing of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 21 June, with China International Capital Corporation (CICC) acting as the sole sponsor. According to China Insights Consultancy (CIC), by retail sales volume in 2025, the Group ranks as China’s 7th largest professional outdoor apparel brand with a market share of 2.2%, and the 4th largest domestic professional outdoor apparel brand capturing a 5.0% market share. Its online channel revenue jumped from RMB349 million in 2023 to RMB1.254 billion in 2025, representing a two-year growth of approximately 260%.

The Group is a well-established professional outdoor apparel brand in China. Its product portfolio caters to outdoor activities such as skiing, mountain climbing and hiking in harsh natural environments, as well as urban scenarios including outdoor excursions, park leisure and daily commuting. Its product matrix consists of three major lines: Premium Outdoor Series, Sports Outdoor Series and Urban Light Outdoor Series. The Group attaches great importance to fabric & accessory technology and product design, adopting durable fabrics such as nylon to enhance wear resistance, service life and air permeability.
Per data from China Insights Consultancy, measured by retail sales value in 2025:The Group is China’s 7th largest professional outdoor apparel brand, holding a market share of 2.2%;It ranks 4th among domestic professional outdoor apparel brands in China with a 5.0% market share.
The Group’s online channel revenue surged significantly: climbing 79.6% year-on-year from RMB349 million in 2023 to RMB626 million in 2024, then further rising 100.2% to RMB1.254 billion in 2025. By total retail sales and online retail sales of 2025, Tanboer registers the highest growth rate among China’s top 10 professional outdoor apparel brands, with respective year-on-year growth of 65.8% and 75.6%.
