The clinical-stage biotech firm specialises in Live Biotherapeutic Products (LBPs), with core asset SK08 targeting irritable bowel syndrome and ulcerative colitis, and SK10 for chemotherapy-induced diarrhoea. As a pioneer of second-generation LBPs in China, it participated in formulating industry standards for Akkermansia muciniphila. The global LBP market reached USD4.7 billion in 2025 and is projected to hit USD7.5 billion by 2030, per Frost & Sullivan data.

Founded in 2013, the Group is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical enterprise focusing on Live Biotherapeutic Products (LBPs), covering therapeutic areas including gastrointestinal disorders, oncology, cancer treatment-related complications, metabolic diseases and autoimmune diseases.
Its core product SK08 is developed for diarrhoea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome, paediatric rotavirus diarrhoea, ulcerative colitis, and combination therapy with anti-PD-1/L1 monoclonal antibodies for advanced solid tumours.
