True Health Tech-B(02697.HK) Launches Public Offering Today, Entry Fee Approximately HK$2,735.30

NewTimeSpace News: Guangdong True Health Medical Technology Development Co., Ltd. (02697.HK) commences its public offering on 22 June 2026, with listing scheduled for 30 June 2026. No cornerstone investors are involved in the present offering.

As set forth in the prospectus, the total number of Offer Shares under the Global Offering amounts to 3,564,700 H-shares, consisting of 356,480 Hong Kong Offer Shares and 3,208,220 International Offer Shares. The offer price range is HK$119.30 to HK$135.40 per share. Each trading board lot contains 20 shares, translating to an entry fee of approximately HK$2,735.30 (calculated based on the maximum offer price). If the Over-allotment Option is fully exercised, a maximum additional 534,700 Offer Shares may be issued.

Founded in 2018, the Company specialises in the R&D and commercialisation of percutaneous puncture and ablation surgical robots. Its core percutaneous puncture surgical robots (TH-S1, TH-S, TH-S Pro and TH-SA) have all obtained Class III medical device registration certificates issued by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA), with approval for clinical use in pulmonary and abdominal puncture procedures.
