NewTimeSpaceNews: As shown on the official website of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the Main Board listing application filed by CSPC Innovation Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. on December 10, 2025 has lapsed after six months. CITIC Securities served as the sole sponsor at the time of submission.
CSPC Innovation Pharmaceutical has long been engaged in the big health sector. Founded in 2006, it has focused on the R&D and production of caffeine. The company has maintained its position as the world’s largest chemical synthetic caffeine manufacturer from 2020 to 2024, supplying caffeine globally to international giants including Coca-Cola, PepsiCo and Red Bull. In 2024, it acquired control of Giant Biotech, expanding its core business into biopharmaceuticals. The company has built strong technological capabilities in antibody drugs, ADCs and mRNA vaccines, with 15 drug candidates in clinical or late-stage development.
