NewTimeSpace News: As disclosed by HKEX, Nexchip Semiconductor Corporation passed the Main Board listing hearing of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 8, 2026, with China International Capital Corporation (CICC) serving as the sole sponsor.
Nexchip is a leading 12-inch pure-play wafer foundry, offering foundry services across 150nm to 40nm process nodes, and has successfully developed a 28nm logic chip platform as of the latest practical date. According to Frost & Sullivan, among the world’s top 10 wafer foundries between 2020 and 2025, the company recorded the fastest capacity and revenue growth worldwide. By 2025 revenue, it stood as the 9th largest globally and 3rd largest in Chinese mainland wafer foundry.
Its foundry products cover display driver ICs (DDIC), CMOS image sensors (CIS), power management ICs (PMIC), logic chips, and microcontroller units (MCUs), widely applied in consumer electronics, automotive electronics, industrial control, AI, the Internet of Things (IoT), and memory devices.
