NewTimeSpace News: LongBio-B (01779.HK) made its official Main Board debut on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 5, 2026. As of press time, the share was quoted at HK$149.5, an increase of HK$53.44, representing a 55.63% rise from the final offer price of HK$96.06 per share.
The IPO subscription period spanned May 28 to June 2, with final pricing set at HK$96.06 apiece. The company globally offered roughly 14.19 million H-shares in total, with each board lot consisting of 50 shares and a per-lot entry cost of HK$4,851.44. Net IPO proceeds reached approximately HK$1.255 billion.
A clinical-stage biopharmaceutical firm, Tianchen Biotech focuses on therapies for allergic and autoimmune diseases, with its flagship asset LP-003 being an anti-IgE antibody. Among the three new listings launched on the same day, Tianchen Biotech is the only stock closing in positive territory.
