Newtimespace News: According to the HKEX disclosure, Elpiscience Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. submitted its main board listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the fourth time on May 27, 2026, with CITIC Securities acting as the sole sponsor.
Founded in 2017, Elpiscience is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing cancer therapies. Its core product, ES102, is a clinically advanced hexavalent OX40 agonist antibody that has demonstrated a manageable safety profile and promising anti-tumor activity in clinical trials (including in combination with PD-1 antibodies for NSCLC and ESCC patients resistant to PD-1 checkpoint inhibitors). As of the latest practicable date, in addition to its core product, the company has several pipeline assets, three of which are in clinical stages.
The company is committed to advancing cancer treatment by converting "cold" tumors into "hot" tumors. ES102 was in-licensed from Inhibrx in 2018. The company has completed two Phase 1 clinical trials in China and has initiated a Phase 2 clinical trial in combination with toripalimab for patients with advanced NSCLC.
