Newtimespace News: According to the HKEX disclosure, Inner Mongolia Xingye Silver & Tin Mining Co., Ltd. (000426.SZ)submitted its main board listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 25, 2026, with CICC acting as the sole sponsor.
Xingye Silver & Tin is a globally leading silver-tin polymetallic mining enterprise. Over its 35-year history, the company has consistently focused on the exploration, mining, processing and sales of non-ferrous metals, with main minerals covering diversified resource types including silver, tin, zinc, lead, copper, antimony, gold and iron. According to Frost & Sullivan, based on silver and tin resource volumes, the company has become thelargest silver enterprise in Asiaand thesecond largest tin mining enterprise in China. As of December 31, 2025, the company had silver resources of 33,600 tons, with silver production of 301.0 tons in 2025, representing a CAGR of 22.8% from 2023 to 2025; and tin resources of 444,600 tons, with tin production of 6,700 tons in 2025. The company achieved an average gross margin of 51.8% and an average net margin of 30.5% from 2023 to 2025, with a net profit CAGR of 34.0% over the same period.
