NewTimeSpace News: Chengdu Guoxing Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd. (Adaspace Technology Co., Ltd.) submitted a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 14, 2026, with Guotai Junan International acting as the sole sponsor.

As a Chinese commercial aerospace enterprise, the company’s strategic priorities lie in satellites and related services, as well as space-based solutions. Leveraging core strengths in commercial aerospace and AI, it designs and develops commercial satellites, ensures stable operation and management, and delivers customized space-based solutions to meet diverse customer needs. According to Frost & Sullivan, based on 2025 revenue, it ranks second among all private Chinese commercial aerospace companies engaged in the full value chain of satellite management.

A pioneer in AI satellites, the company launchedChina’s first AI application satellitein December 2018 and successfully developed and launchedChina’s first AI large-model computing satellitein September 2024. On May 14, 2025, it deployed theworld’s first AI computing satellite constellation consisting of 12 AI computing satellites, marking a key milestone in its development of space-based computing constellations and integrated AI space computing systems.
