NewTimeSpace News: On 3 November 2026, Lygend Resources & Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 02245; A shares: 001246.SZ) announced that Matrix Resources (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of controlling shareholder Zhejiang Lygend Investment Co., Ltd., increased its holding of the Company's H shares by 1,547,200 shares on 2 November 2026 through centralized competitive bidding via the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect, using about RMB22.75 million of its own funds, representing about 0.28% of the H shares and about 0.09% of total issued shares.

Before the increase, Matrix Resources held no shares, while Lygend Investment and its concert parties held 828,481,365 A shares, or about 47.92% of total share capital. Matrix Resources plans to keep increasing its holding of H shares through centralized competitive bidding within six months from this increase, for a cumulative amount of not less than RMB100 million (including the shares already bought) and a cumulative quantity of not more than 2% of total issued share capital (including this purchase). It has undertaken not to reduce its holding during the plan period and the statutory period, and to complete the plan within the implementation period.

The Company said the increase reflects strong confidence in its future development and long-term investment value and aims to bolster investor confidence. As Lygend Investment and its concert parties hold more than 30%, any increase within each 12-month period after one year from this purchase may not exceed 2% of total issued share capital, in line with Article 63(4) of the Measures for the Administration of the Takeover of Listed Companies on exemption from a mandatory offer; the plan will not trigger a mandatory general offer or affect control of the Company.
