According to the announcement, Japan has about 15.9 million osteoporosis patients aged 40 and above and about 825,000 rheumatoid arthritis patients, and Pralia® recorded Japanese sales of JPY 45.8 billion in 2025, up 8.3% year on year. BA6101 was independently developed under the company's global R&D strategy and, as the first domestic denosumab, was approved in China in 2022. It has also been approved in Bolivia and is under marketing authorisation review in the UK and the US.
