On 30 October 2026, QIDIAN GUOFENG (01280.HK) completed disposal of Zhonghua Yinrui (Hong Kong) Investment Holdings, which runs the appliance retail business.

NewTimeSpace News: On 30 October 2026, China Qidian Guofeng Holdings Limited (stock code: 01280) announced that the major and connected transaction to dispose of the entire issued share capital of Zhonghua Yinrui (Hong Kong) Investment Holdings Limited was completed on the same day.

The announcement stated that all conditions precedent under the disposal agreement had been fulfilled. The target company and its subsidiaries are engaged in the group's household appliance retail business. Upon completion, the company no longer holds any interest in the target company, which has ceased to be a subsidiary of the company.

Accordingly, the financial results, assets and liabilities of the target group will no longer be consolidated into the group's financial statements.
