Under the agreement, the shareholder created a fixed charge, rather than a floating charge, in favour of the chargee over 277,047,032 ordinary shares, representing approximately 14.33% of the Company's issued share capital as at the date of the announcement, to secure all debts, liabilities and obligations owed by the shareholder to the lender, comprising a principal amount of HKD 50,800,000 together with accrued interest, default interest and other sums payable. The principal and all accrued interest are repayable within one year from the date of the share charge agreement.
