NewTimeSpace News: On 29 October 2026, Shanghai Junshi Biosciences Co., Ltd. (stock code: 01877, A-share code: 688180.SH) announced that the Phase III clinical study (JS207-017-III-HCC, NCT07823348) of its recombinant humanized anti-PD-1 and VEGF bispecific antibody JS207 in combination with anti-CTLA-4 monoclonal antibody JS007 for first-line treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) has dosed its first patient.
The study is the first domestic registrational trial for JS207, a multicentre, randomised, controlled, open-label Phase III study comparing JS207 plus JS007 with toripalimab plus bevacizumab, planning to enrol 560 subjects with PFS and OS as primary endpoints.
