ZHAOKE OPHTH-B (06622.HK): Guangzhou Nansha Site Obtains TGA GMP Certification

NewTimeSpace News: On 27 October 2026, Zhaoke Ophthalmology Limited (stock code: 6622) published a voluntary announcement that its manufacturing site in Nansha, Guangzhou has obtained Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certification from Australia's Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).

Australia is a full member of the Pharmaceutical Inspection Co-operation Scheme (PIC/S), and its GMP inspection outcomes are highly mutually recognised among PIC/S member authorities; the TGA certification marks further international regulatory recognition of the production and quality management systems at the Company's facility.

As several products continue to advance overseas registration and commercialisation, a production and quality management system that meets international regulatory requirements will support those products' entry into more overseas markets and the Company's global strategy, the announcement said. It also carries the warning statement under Rule 18A.05 of the Listing Rules that the Company cannot guarantee it will ultimately succeed in developing or commercialising the relevant products.
