COSMO LADY (02298.HK): executive director Wu Xiaoli buys 1.22 million shares at average HK$0.2439, about 0.05% of issued shares

NewTimeSpace News: COSMO LADY (02298.HK) released a voluntary announcement that the Company was informed by Ms. Wu Xiaoli, an executive director, that she had acquired a total of 1,220,000 ordinary shares of the Company from the market from 21 October 2026 to 26 October 2026 at an average price of approximately HK$0.2439 per share, representing approximately 0.05% of the total number of issued shares as at the date of the announcement.

According to the announcement, Ms. Wu is the spouse of Mr. Zheng Yaonan, a substantial shareholder, the chairman of the Board and an executive Director, and accordingly Mr. Zheng is deemed to be interested in the shares held by Ms. Wu. The Company believes that the latest increase in her shareholding demonstrates her confidence in the prospect of the Group.
