NATSTORAGE: A$300 Million Exchangeable Notes to Be Redeemed Early on June 9
NewTimeSpace News: On 13 May 2026, NATSTORAGE issued a delisting notice. Following the takeover of National Storage REIT by affiliates of Brookfield and GIC, its stapled securities were delisted from the Australian Securities Exchange on 12 May 2026, triggering the issuer’s redemption right under the terms of the notes.
As disclosed in the announcement, the issuer issued an optional redemption notice on 5 May 2026, and will redeem all outstanding notes at par on 9 June 2026. As at 4 May 2026, the principal amount of the outstanding notes stood at A$10.70 million, and the total redemption amount including interest is approximately A$10.786 million.
