LEADS BIOLABS-B (09887.HK): LBL-024 data presented at ESMO 2026, 3L EP-NEC median OS 8.7 months

NewTimeSpace News: On October 26, 2026, Leads Biolabs-B (LEADS BIOLABS-B, 09887.HK) announced that updated clinical and translational data from four studies of LBL-024 (Opamtistomig, an anti-PD-L1/4-1BB bispecific antibody) were presented at the 2026 ESMO Congress.

The Phase IIb study of LBL-024 monotherapy in third-line or later extrapulmonary neuroendocrine carcinoma (EP-NEC) was presented as a late-breaking abstract oral presentation. As of the August 16, 2026 data cut-off, 96 previously treated patients were enrolled. With a median follow-up of 16.3 months, median duration of response was 9.8 months and 13 patients (13.5%) remained on treatment for more than 12 months. Median overall survival was 8.7 months against a historical median of 3 to 4 months, with a 12-month OS rate of 39.4%; grade 3 or above treatment-related adverse events occurred in 28.1% of patients.

The Phase Ib/II study of LBL-024 plus chemotherapy in first-line EP-NEC was presented as a proffered paper, with 69 patients, a median follow-up of 21.2 months, median PFS of 5.7 months and an 18-month OS rate of 55.7%, while median OS had not been reached. In the Phase II study in first-line biliary tract cancer (BTC), presented as a poster, 20 patients achieved an ORR of 70.0% and a DCR of 95.0%, with median PFS of 8.0 months.
