SHOUCHENG (00697.HK): Fund Invests in Huixi Intelligent, Betting on Embodied-AI Chips

NewTimeSpace News: On 26 October 2026, Shoucheng Holdings Limited (stock code: 697) published a voluntary announcement that a fund managed by a company under Shoucheng Capital, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, recently invested in Beijing Huixi Technology Co., Ltd. (辉羲智能).

Huixi Intelligent focuses on developing high-performance computing chips for embodied intelligence. It has built a complete product system from underlying chips to engineering deployment, covering chips, modules, software stacks and ecosystem development, providing systematic technical support for robots' "thinking" brains. The investment is expected to help the investee upgrade its core products and develop its industrial ecosystem, and to accelerate the rollout of its full-stack computing platform for robotics.

The investment will support Huixi Intelligent in chip R&D iteration, mass-production inventory preparation and ecosystem development, helping it optimise its full-stack computing platform so that computing power becomes infrastructure for scaled embodied-AI applications. The Group said it will continue to increase investment in frontier technology and deepen strategic cooperation with quality companies in niche sectors, in line with China's AI infrastructure build-out and computing ecosystem deployment. The announcement did not disclose the investment amount.
