WINFULL GP (00183.HK): Despatch of Circular on Subsidiary Disposal Delayed; Waiver Sought
NewTimeSpace News: On 21 October 2026, Winfull Group Holdings Limited (the "Company") announced that it referred to its announcement dated 28 September 2026 in relation to the disposal. As stated in that announcement, the Company's circular containing, among other things, details of the disposal and other information required to be included therein under the Listing Rules was required to be despatched to shareholders within fifteen (15) business days after the publication of that announcement (i.e. on or before 21 October 2026).
The Company stated that, as it requires more time to finalise certain information in the circular, it has applied to the Stock Exchange for a waiver from strict compliance with the requirements under Rule 14.41(a) of the Listing Rules. The Company will issue a further announcement on the waiver application and the expected date of despatch of the circular.
