(stock code: 06608.HK) said its consolidated affiliated entity Shuke Youxiang entered into a partnership agreement with CICC Capital and two other limited partners to set up a fund focused on AI industry chain investments, with CICC Capital as general partner and fund manager and an initial size of RMB 500 million.
Shuke Youxiang will commit RMB 195 million in cash. The fund has an initial term of seven years with a four-year investment period, will make venture and equity investments, and will invest only in unlisted companies, preferring Beijing companies.
