JINMA ENERGY (06885.HK): Appoints Chiu Hoi Shan as Company Secretary

NewTimeSpace News: On 13 October 2026, Henan Jinma Energy Company Limited (06885.HK) announced that, to further optimise its corporate governance structure, Mr. Wang Xueliang ceased to be the company secretary and authorised representative under Rule 3.05, and Ms. Chiu Hoi Shan has been appointed in his place, both with effect from 13 October 2026.
Ms. Chiu has extensive experience in listed-company regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, liquidation and dispute resolution. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong, has practised as a solicitor in Hong Kong since 2001 and became a founding partner of Chiu Hoi Shan Solicitors in 2017. She is company secretary of Chongqing Machinery & Electric (02722.HK) and joint company secretary of Chongqing Iron & Steel (01053.HK) and Maanshan Iron & Steel (00323.HK), and satisfies Rule 3.28.
