CHINA LONGYUAN (00916.HK): Issues RMB 3bn ultra-short-term notes

NewTimeSpace News: On 30 September 2026, China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited (stock code: 00916.HK) announced the recent issue of two tranches of ultra-short-term notes. The 2026 sixteenth tranche was lead-managed by Shanghai Pudong Development Bank and co-managed by Industrial Bank, while the seventeenth tranche was lead-managed by China Everbright Bank and co-managed by China Bohai Bank.

Both tranches have a tenor of 210 days, an interest commencement date of 30 September 2026 and a redemption date of 28 April 2027. Each had a planned and actual issue size of RMB 1.5 billion at an issue price of RMB 100 per note and a coupon rate of 1.35%, totalling RMB 3 billion. Proceeds will replace existing interest-bearing debt and supplement working capital. The Company disclosed the AGM poll results approving the issue of debt financing instruments on 29 April 2026.
