China Longyuan Power (00916.HK): Implementation of 2025 Equity Distribution, Final Dividend of RMB 0.625 per 10 Shares

NewTimeSpace News: China Longyuan Power announced on June 17 that its 2025 annual equity distribution plan has been approved by the shareholders' meeting. Based on the total share capital of approximately 8.360 billion shares, the Company will distribute a pre-tax cash dividend of RMB 0.625 for every 10 shares held to all shareholders, with an aggregate final dividend payout of roughly RMB 522 million.

NewTimeSpace News: On June 17, 2026, China Longyuan Power (00916.HK) released an implementation announcement for its 2025 annual equity distribution. The dividend distribution plan was approved at the 2025 Annual General Meeting convened on April 29, 2026.

Taking the total share capital on the record date for this distribution as the calculation base, the Company will pay a pre-tax cash final dividend of RMB 0.6250 per 10 shares to all shareholders, totalling approximately RMB 522 million.
