JOLIMARK (02028.HK): Controlling Shareholder Completes HK Placing of 47.85%

NewTimeSpace News: On 24 September 2026, Jolimark Holdings Limited (stock code: 02028.HK) announced that the Board was informed by the Vendor that the Placing has been completed on 24 September 2026, whereas 129,100,000 Shares of the Company were placed on 15 September 2026, 141,030,000 Shares were placed on 21 September 2026 and 140,564,000 Shares were placed on 24 September 2026.

An aggregate of 410,694,000 Shares of the existing issued share capital of the Company, representing approximately 47.85% of the total issued share capital of the Company, were placed by the Placing Agent under the terms and conditions of the Placing Agreement. The Placing has been completed.

Following the completion of the Placing by a controlling shareholder, the Vendor holds 34,333,533 Shares in the Company, which represents approximately 4% of the existing issued share capital of the Company. The Vendor ceases to be a controlling shareholder of the Company and a substantial shareholder of the Company as at the date of this announcement.
