JOLIMARK(02028.HK): Completes Placing of Approximately 123 Million Shares, Net Proceeds of About HK$13 Million
NewTimeSpace News: Jolimark Holdings Limited (02028.HK) issued an announcement on 12 June 2026. All conditions for the share placing have been satisfied, and the placing was completed on the same day. The placing agent successfully placed an aggregate of 122,576,300 placing shares at the placing price of HK$0.11 per share to no less than six placees. To the knowledge of the Directors, each placee and their respective ultimate beneficial owners are independent third parties. None of the
placees will become substantial shareholders upon completion of the placing.
The net proceeds from the placing are approximately HK$13 million, which will be applied as general working capital.
Immediately after the completion of the placing, the total issued shares of the Company increased from 612,881,500 to 735,457,800. The shareholding percentage of the controlling shareholder Jiangyu Holdings Group Limited was diluted from 72.61% to 60.51%, while the placees hold 16.67% of the shares.
