Preliminary clinical data from the study of GFH276, the Company's investigational Pan RAS inhibitor, as monotherapy in patients with RAS-mutant solid tumours have been selected as a late-breaking abstract at the 2026 annual meeting of the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) to be held in Madrid. The abstract is titled "(LBA33) Safety and efficacy of GFH276 monotherapy in previously treated RAS-mutated advanced solid tumors", with the session scheduled from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. local time on 25 October 2026 in the Developmental Therapeutic Session, and the Company will hold an online investor call the same day to further interpret the data from the on-site oral presentation.
GenFleet entered into a licence and early-stage development collaboration with Verastem covering three oncology discovery products related to RAS/MAPK pathway-driven cancers, under which Verastem holds an exclusive option to obtain a licence for each product after pre-determined Phase I milestones. Verastem selected GFH375/VS-7375 as its lead programme in December 2023 and exercised the licence for GFH375 in January 2025, the first licence under the collaboration. The licences give Verastem development and commercialisation rights outside China, while GenFleet retains rights within China. GFH276 is an oral small-molecule Pan RAS (ON) inhibitor employing a tri-complex mechanism (CypA-GFH276-RAS) to target active RAS proteins of most wild and mutant subtypes, including KRAS G12C, G12D and G12V, as well as NRAS and HRAS isoforms.
