The receivers were appointed by Giant Chance International Development Limited (GCL) as chargee, following an event of default concerning non-payment of loan and interest under a loan agreement dated 14 April 2026.
MARS, incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, directly holds 411,289,396 shares of the Company, representing approximately 45.71% of its issued share capital.
