For the six months ended 30 June 2026, group turnover was HK$12.878 billion, up 17% year on year; profit attributable to owners of the Company was HK$2.153 billion, up 139%; basic EPS was 320.5 HK cents, up 139%; and the Board declared a first interim dividend of 28.0 HK cents per share, up 33%.

By segment, retail turnover rose 18% to HK$12.713 billion and was the main driver of growth, while other businesses fell 40% to HK$165 million. On profitability, continuing operations profit grew 141% to HK$2.193 billion, whereas the discontinued operation posted a loss of HK$39.93 million against HK$8.05 million a year earlier, still weighing on overall profit.

On the balance sheet, equity attributable to owners of the Company reached HK$16.278 billion as of 30 June 2026, up 13% from end-2025, with equity per share of HK$24.2, also up 13%. The dividend payout ratio was 9%, below the 16% a year earlier, reflecting a more prudent interim payout.
