(stock code: 06911) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangzhou Kangrui Lancang Ancient Tea Co., Ltd., as borrower, entered into a supplementary working capital loan contract with Bank of China Limited, Guangzhou Liwan Sub-branch, as lender, to extend a working capital loan contract entered into between them on 16 September 2025.

Under the supplementary contract, the extension period is twelve months, with the extended loan maturing on 19 September 2027, and the extended amount is RMB 24.9 million. The Company has agreed to continue to provide a guarantee for the extended loan, which is a continuation of the guarantee obligations under the maximum-amount mortgage contract and the maximum-amount guarantee contract under the original loan contract. It does not increase the Company's external guarantee limit and represents an existing outstanding guarantee obligation. The lender and its ultimate beneficial owners are independent of the Company and its connected persons.
