Lancang Ancient Tea (06911.HK): Termination of Concert Party Agreement and Change in Controlling Shareholder Group

NewTimeSpace News: On 30 July 2026, Lancang Ancient Tea (06911.HK) issued an announcement. Ms. Du Chunyi and Ms. Wang Juan entered into a concert party agreement in April 2022, agreeing to act in concert on relevant matters at board meetings and general shareholders’meetings. After full consideration and amicable negotiation, the two parties signed a termination agreement on 30 July 2026 to end their concert party relationship, with effect from the date of execution of the termination agreement.

As disclosed in the announcement, prior to the termination, Ms. Du and Ms. Wang were deemed a single group of controlling shareholders under the concert party arrangement, jointly holding 45,323,335 domestic shares, representing approximately 30.22% of the issued share capital. After termination, Ms. Du holds or is deemed to hold 25,378,436 shares, accounting for around 16.92% of the issued share capital; Ms. Wang holds or is deemed to hold 19,944,899 shares, representing approximately 13.30%.
