GALAXIS TECH (02729.HK): Interim Revenue Up 45.1% to RMB 504.9 Million, Loss Narrows to RMB 73.3 Million

NewTimeSpace News: On 18 September 2026, Zhejiang Galaxis Technology Group Co., Ltd. (stock code: 02729) published its 2026 interim report. Revenue for the reporting period rose 45.1% year on year to RMB 504.9 million. Gross profit increased 42.7% to RMB 88.2 million, with a gross margin of 17.5%, down 0.3 percentage point. Loss for the period narrowed 14.7% to RMB 73.3 million, loss attributable to equity shareholders of the Company was RMB 81.3 million, and basic and diluted loss per share was RMB 0.20. The Board did not recommend any interim dividend.

Revenue from sales of robots and systems rose 43.8% to RMB 492.2 million, mainly due to a higher number of AMR deployment projects delivered in China and the larger scale of multi-functional integrated system projects. Revenue from after-sales services and others increased 128.6% to RMB 12.8 million. On a non-IFRS basis, adjusted net loss was RMB 25.6 million.

During the reporting period, the Company's overseas strategy entered a phase of systematic implementation, with local overseas teams established in North America, Southeast Asia, South America and Europe. Its overseas partners totalled 22 and its business covered 31 countries and regions, with overseas business opportunities growing 61.5% year on year. The Company entered the Australian market with its very narrow aisle autonomous mobile robot (VFR) and secured an order from a health supplement manufacturer, and was admitted to the global shuttle supplier list of a well-known Swedish global home furnishing retailer.

As at 30 June 2026, the Group's undelivered robots and systems amounted to approximately RMB 2.2 billion, expected to be delivered over the next three years, of which 56 were overseas projects in progress with undelivered value of RMB 710 million. Cash and cash equivalents increased from RMB 89.5 million at the end of 2025 to RMB 641.3 million as at 30 June 2026, mainly due to the receipt of net proceeds from the global offering; net proceeds from the global offering of approximately HKD 555.7 million had not been utilised from listing up to 30 June 2026.
