BQD (03866.HK): Completes Issue of 2026 First Tranche of Financial Bonds (Bond Connect) of RMB 4.5 Billion

NewTimeSpace News: On 17 September 2026, Bank of Qingdao Co., Ltd. (stock code: 03866) announced that, with the approval of the People's Bank of China, the Bank recently successfully issued the "Bank of Qingdao Co., Ltd. 2026 First Tranche of Financial Bonds (Bond Connect)" in the national interbank bond market. The bonds were bookbuilt on 15 September 2026 and completed issuance on 17 September 2026, with an issue size of RMB 4.5 billion.

The bonds are three-year fixed-rate bonds with a coupon rate of 1.59%. The proceeds will be used, in accordance with applicable laws and the approval of the competent authorities, to meet asset and liability allocation needs, replenish funding sources, optimise the liability maturity structure and promote the sound development of the business.
