NewTimeSpace News: On 17 September 2026, CCIAM Future Energy Limited (stock code: 00145) announced that Zeng Kunye has resigned as company secretary with effect from 17 September 2026, and has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and that there are no matters relating to his resignation requiring the attention of the Company's shareholders or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Huang Hongxin has been appointed as company secretary in his place with effect from the same date.

Huang Hongxin has over 15 years of experience in audit, accounting, internal control and corporate finance, and has served as an external auditor at several international accounting firms. He was previously the company secretary of a company listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the financial controller of several subsidiaries of other listed companies in Hong Kong. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in Accounting and a Bachelor of Laws, and is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the CFA Institute.
