CCIAM Future Energy(00145.HK): Appointment of Three Executive Directors and Three Independent Non-executive Directors

NewTimeSpace News: CCIAM Future Energyannounced on June 29 that Mr. Liu Min, Mr. Tan Kanghua and Ms. Liang Kaile have been appointed as Executive Directors, while Mr. Dang Weijie, Mr. Lin Ji and Mr. Huang Haocheng have been appointed as Independent Non-executive Directors, all appointments taking effect on July 1, 2026.
