NISSIN FOODS (01475.HK): Keiji Iwakiri Appointed as Member of Senior Management

On 16 September 2026, Nissin Foods Company Limited (01475.HK) announced that, with effect from 15 September 2026, Mr. Keiji Iwakiri has been appointed as a member of the Company's senior management; he joined the Group in April 2019 and is currently deputy managing director of Nissin Foods (H.K.) Company Limited and managing director of Kagome Nissin Foods (H.K.) Company Limited, overseeing sales functions in Hong Kong.

NewTimeSpace News: On 16 September 2026, Nissin Foods Company Limited (the "Company") announced that, with effect from 15 September 2026, Mr. Keiji Iwakiri ("Mr. Iwakiri") has been appointed as a member of senior management.

Mr. Iwakiri joined the Group in April 2019 and is currently deputy managing director of Nissin Foods (H.K.) Company Limited and managing director of Kagome Nissin Foods (H.K.) Company Limited, responsible for overseeing the sales functions in Hong Kong. He is also a director of certain subsidiaries of the Company.

The Board said it periodically reviews the composition of the senior management team and their delegation of function and work allocation, and that the Group will continue its effort to retain and recruit local talents in order to cope with the challenging and ever-changing business landscape in both the Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong. The announcement also set out the members of the Board and the senior management of the Company as at 15 September 2026.
