NewTimeSpace (newtimespace.com) News: On 15 September 2026, after trading hours, the board of directors of Yuk Wing Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 01536) was informed by its controlling shareholder, Choi Fai Investment Limited, that it had disposed of an aggregate of 175,746,000 shares of the Company between 8 September 2026 and 15 September 2026, representing approximately 38.54% of the Company's total issued share capital as at the date of the announcement.
Immediately before the disposal, Choi Fai held 188,192,000 shares, representing approximately 41.27% of the total issued share capital; immediately after the disposal, Choi Fai held 12,446,000 shares, representing approximately 2.73%. On the same date, the Board was also informed by Hellobaby International Limited that it had purchased 132,240,000 shares from Choi Fai at approximately HKD 0.454 per share on 15 September 2026, representing 29.00% of the total issued share capital, and had become a substantial shareholder of the Company.
The Company was informed that Hellobaby International Limited and its ultimate beneficial owner are independent of and not connected with Choi Fai or its associates, and are not acting in concert with them. The announcement was made by the Company pursuant to Rule 13.09(2)(a) of the Listing Rules and the inside information provisions under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
