NewTimeSpace News: On 15 September 2026, Kingmaker Footwear Holdings Limited (stock code: 01170.HK) announced that, on the recommendation of the remuneration committee, the Board resolved to grant a total of 1,292,000 award shares to 15 grantees under the share award scheme free of charge, subject to acceptance by the grantees. The shares are existing shares acquired on the open market and held by the trustee using internal resources provided by the Company, representing approximately 0.19% of the Company's issued share capital as at the date of the announcement; based on the closing price of HKD 0.42 per share as quoted in the Stock Exchange's daily quotation sheets, the 1,292,000 award shares are valued at approximately HKD 542,640.
The announcement disclosed that, of the 1,292,000 award shares, 588,000 shares were granted to directors and employees who are connected persons of the Group, with the remaining 704,000 shares granted to other employees of the Group; 100% of the award shares will vest on 15 September 2026, with no performance targets attached.
