NewTimeSpace News: KINGMAKER FOOTWEARannounced on June 30 that Independent Non-executive Director Chan Mei Po will retire upon the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 28 August 2026. The Board proposes the appointment of Wong Chiu Kwai as an Independent Non-executive Director.

NewTimeSpace News: On 30 June 2026, KINGMAKER FOOTWEAR(01170.HK) announced that Independent Non-executive Director Chan Mei Po will retire after the Annual General Meeting and cease to serve as Chairperson of the Audit Committee as well as a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.

The Board proposes to appoint Wong Chiu Kwai as her successor, subject to shareholders’approval. Concurrently, Wong Hin Wing will be appointed Chairperson of the Audit Committee, and Law Ka Kin will be appointed Chairperson of the Remuneration Committee.
