NewTimeSpace News: On 11 September 2026, Ridge Outdoor International Limited (stock code: 02720.HK) announced that Ms. Gao Shan has tendered her resignation as the financial controller of the Company with effect from September 11, 2026 to devote more time to her personal endeavours.
Ms. Gao has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there are no matters relating to her resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The Board expressed its sincere gratitude to Ms. Gao for her valuable contribution to the Group during her tenure of office.
The Company is in the process of identifying a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy and/or assume the duties of the financial controller following the resignation of Ms. Gao becoming effective, and further announcement(s) will be published by the Company as and when appropriate. Ms. Lei Yang, the executive Director and general manager of the Company, will assume the duties and responsibilities of the financial controller commencing from September 11, 2026.
