CHUNLI MEDICAL (01858.HK): Passing of company secretary, authorised representative and process agent Mr. Yip Pui Sum

NewTimeSpace News: On 11 September 2026, Beijing Chunlizhengda Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. (stock code: 01858) announced with deep sadness that Mr. Yip Pui Sum, the company's company secretary, its authorised representative appointed under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, and the person authorised to accept service of legal process and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules, has been confirmed to have passed away on 10 September 2026.

According to the announcement, Mr. Yip was dedicated and diligent during his tenure, and the company and the board expressed their sincere gratitude for his contributions to the company over more than ten years and extended their deepest condolences to his family.

The announcement stated that, following Mr. Yip's passing, the company will have no company secretary and no process agent and only one authorised representative, and will therefore not comply with Rules 3.28, 3.05 and 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules and sections 474 and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622). The board will identify suitable candidates as soon as practicable to fill the vacancies for company secretary, authorised representative and process agent, and will make further announcements in due course.
