(stock code: 03968) announced that the board had received a resignation letter from Mr. Wang Xinghai, assistant general manager of the bank, who had tendered his resignation from the position due to work reasons, effective from 7 September 2026.
Mr. Wang confirmed that he has no disagreement with the board and that there are no other matters relating to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the company's shareholders and creditors.
