CM BANK (03968.HK): Appoints Wang Xiaoqing as authorized representative and adjusts board committee membership

NewTimeSpace News: On 26 August 2026, CM BANK (03968.HK) announced the appointment of Mr. Wang Xiaoqing, executive director and President, as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules (term until the expiration of the 13th board session), together with his appointment as member of the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee and the Nomination Committee; the membership of the Related Party Transaction Committee was also adjusted, with Mr. Huang Yushan appointed as chairman and Mr. Jiang Chaoyang as member.

NewTimeSpace News: On 26 August 2026, China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. (stock code: 03968) announced that the board has appointed Mr. Wang Xiaoqing, an executive director and President, as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, with a term from 26 August 2026 until the expiration of the 13th session of the board. Following the appointment, the Bank has complied with the requirement of having two authorized representatives under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules.

The board also announced that Mr. Wang Xiaoqing has been appointed as a member of the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee of the board, effective from 26 August 2026; and that, with effect from 26 August 2026, Mr. Zhu Liwei, a non-executive director, has ceased to be a member of the Related Party Transaction Management and Consumer Rights Protection Committee (the Related Party Transaction Committee), Mr. Huang Yushan, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as chairman of the Related Party Transaction Committee, and Mr. Jiang Chaoyang, a non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the Related Party Transaction Committee.
