WISDOM WEALTH (00007.HK): HKEX announces cancellation of listing effective 9:00 a.m. on 9 September
NewTimeSpace News: On 7 September 2026, The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Exchange) announced that the listing status of Wisdom Wealth Resources Investment Holding Group Limited (stock code: 00007) would be cancelled with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 9 September 2026 under Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules.
Trading in the company's shares has been suspended since 2 April 2024. As the company failed to resume trading by fulfilling the resumption guidance set by the Exchange on or before 1 October 2025, the Listing Committee decided on 31 October 2025 and again on 7 May 2026 to cancel the listing of the company's shares under Rule 6.01A(1). The company applied to the Listing Review Committee for reviews on 11 November 2025 and 12 May 2026 respectively, and on 27 August 2026 the Listing Review Committee upheld the decision to cancel the company's listing.
The Exchange has required the company to publish an announcement regarding the cancellation of its listing, and advised the company's shareholders to seek appropriate professional advice if they have any questions about the impact of the delisting.
