Mr. Xu Shiping, former Chairman, is re-designated as Co-Chairman, while continuing to serve as Executive Director and Chairman of the Nomination Committee.

NewTimeSpace News: On June 17, 2026, Wise Wealth Resources Investment (00007.HK) issued an announcement that Mr. Hao Xiaohui has been appointed as the Company’s Executive Director and Co-Chairman, taking effect on the same day.

As disclosed in the announcement, Mr. Hao currently serves as Group President of the Company (in charge of the financial division), and is also an independent director of Curanex Pharmaceutical, a NASDAQ-listed enterprise.

Following this appointment, Mr. Xu Shiping, the former Chairman, is re-designated as Co-Chairman, and will remain in office as Executive Director and Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
