YUK WING GP (01536.HK): Executive director and CEO Hu Lanying resigns, Tsang Ka Yan appointed executive director

On 7 September 2026, YUK WING GP (01536.HK) announced that Ms. Hu Lanying had resigned as executive director and chief executive officer to focus on other business development with effect from the same day, and that Miss Tsang Ka Yan (formerly known as Tsang Ka Yan) had been appointed as executive director, also with effect from 7 September 2026. Miss Tsang has entered into a one-year service agreement and is entitled to an annual director's fee of HKD 1,000,000, holding office until the first annual general meeting following her appointment.

NewTimeSpace News: On 7 September 2026, Yuk Wing Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 01536) announced that Ms. Hu Lanying had resigned as executive director and chief executive officer of the company to focus on other business development, effective from 7 September 2026, and that Miss Tsang Ka Yan had been appointed as executive director with effect from the same date.

Ms. Hu confirmed that she has no disagreement with the board and that there are no matters relating to her resignation that need to be brought to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited or the company's shareholders. The board expressed its sincere gratitude for Ms. Hu's valuable contributions during her tenure.

The announcement showed that Miss Tsang, aged 38, obtained a master's degree in Advanced Management Accounting from the University of Cambridge in 2022, has been a CFA charterholder since 2015, and obtained relevant qualifications from the Asset Management Association of China in 2016, with more than ten years of experience in investment, corporate strategy and business development. She has served as a director of Top Legend SPC since 2023, and founded Li Cheng Global Capital Limited in 2017, leading and participating in multiple strategic projects involving private equity investment, initial public offerings and secondary market transactions since its establishment. Miss Tsang has entered into a service agreement with the company for a term of one year commencing from 7 September 2026, which will continue thereafter until terminated by either party giving no less than three months' prior written notice. Under the company's articles of association, she will hold office until the first annual general meeting of the company following her appointment, and will then retire by rotation and be eligible for re-election. She is entitled to an annual director's fee of HKD 1,000,000, determined by the board with reference to her qualifications, experience, duties and responsibilities and prevailing market conditions.
