INNOGEN-B (02591.HK): Founder and several senior management members make voluntary six-month lock-up undertakings

(stock code: 02591) voluntarily announced that WANG QINGHUA, Ph.D., the group's founder, chairman, executive director, general manager and a substantial shareholder, together with executive directors Ms. Jiang Fan, Ms. Xu Wenjie and Mr. Huang Bing, had each voluntarily undertaken not to dispose of any shares or interests in the company held directly or indirectly by them for a period of six months commencing from 15 August 2026, the date on which the lock-up period of the controlling shareholder under the company's global offering on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited expired.
